My name is Jack Grubman and I am the founder and Managing Partner of Magee Group, LLC (www.mageegroup.com), an advisory firm focused on the global telecom and media space. I have 35 years experience in the industry beginning at ATT then having been on Wall Street for almost 20 years where I ran the Salomon Brothers/Citigroup Global Telecom Group where we were a major player in the capital raising and merger activity of the global telecom industry. After Wall Street I formed Magee Group in 2003. Needless to say I have worked with many industry participants ranging from CEOs to regulators to financiers and Matt Jones brings a rare combination of skills to which to apply to a particular project. He has a very deep and broad knowledge of engineering and technology as well as a very sophisticated understanding of business objectives. Matt’s experience at Ericsson gave him unmatched exposure to cutting edge solutions for the most demanding telecom carriers. At LaGrange Matt is applying his knowledge to business problems at a variety of companies, one of which, Landover Wireless, I serve as a member of the Board of Directors. I believe Matt has brought important insight and perspective to the problems we face and there is no doubt he would be similarly constructive in other situations.
